'dit hotel had een 10of10 als beoordeling maar dat is wel erg optimistisch. Mooie kamers, prima dak terras, lekker ontbijt en erg aardige bediening, dat alles zeker maar dat hebben eigenlijk de meeste hotels wel. Ik was echter niet zo onder de indruk dat het hotel een veel te hoog bedrag dacht te moeten vragen voor een taxi ritje vanaf de luchthaven en voor het regelen van een treinkaartje. Nee, niet veel geld nog steeds maar wel als je het in verhouding zet met de normale prijzen daar. '

'The reason we booked this hotel for our family with 3 children was to use the swimming pool. However we arrived in April to be told not opening the pool for 3 days! So after we have left. Expedia and hotel website do not say it will be closed in April. We had to move hotels. '

'The friendliest and kindest staff! I had a very warm welcome and the following days they made sure I had what I needed and offering me water, te/coffee with snacks. While in Bukhara I had my birthday and the manager had ordered a birthday cake for me - the absolute sweetest!! I have never been treated so good at a hotel. Plus, the hotel location is excellent- walking distance to everything. Highly recommend this hotel. '

'スタッフがとても親切です。 今回、タクシーアプリのヤンデックスゴーが使えないなかでの旅行でしたが、早朝タクシー使いたい旨を伝えると快くチャーターしてくれました。お陰でリーズナブルな値段で駅まで移動できました（遺跡と駅は15キロ離れていて、ヒヴァ行きの電車は早朝でした）。 英語が普通に使えて、ホテルに帰ると日本語の挨拶をしてくれたりします。 遺跡とホテルも近いです。 シャワーはお湯がでて、水圧も問題なし。 部屋の床は清潔。朝飯はフレッシュな野菜や卵や肉が取れて問題なし、味もよし（料理の量は普通くらい、すごい豊富かというとそうではない）。 ウズベキスタンで使ったホテルでは、個人的にはダントツ良かった。 '
