'This place far exceeded our expectations! The views are insane! The breakfast was amazing! So much to choose from! The staff is so friendly and our stay was so comfortable! The spa was so beautiful and relaxing!'

'We loved our stay at Meruorah. This is by far the best option if you want to stay near the harbour. Very convenient before or after your boattrip to Komodo etc. You could even start your trip next to the hotel! As easy as that! Try to book the seaview rooms, those are stunning.. i tried rooms on both sides… for sure the ones with seaview were the best. I slept with the doors open and closed. Even though I am a light sleeper… did not hear noices from outside, wich keep me awake… at all. The...

'Great location 20 minutes from Labuan Bajo by boat free taxi service runs during the day at set times if you arrive after dark you go by road 45 minutes but worth it. Fantastic facilities on site, staff could do enough for you, booked a number of off site trips and diving all planned and made so easy by the staff. But always back for a sun down cocktail on the water. Been to many countries and stayed in some fabulous places, this is up there with the best! Might even come back again'

'Luxurious accommodations, beautiful surrounding, but the best is the staff that go out of their way to provide the best care for all your needs and wishes. We will definitely come back. Thank you'

'I stayed here with my son last week. The hotel is in a perfect location, right in town close to great places for dinner and tour bookings. The hotel is very clean and neat with an incredible view of the harbour from the pool area. The hotel staff are SO lovely and helpful. We had to order breakfast online each day and indicate the time. They do make up breakfast boxes if you have an early tour, we had a small mishap with this so double check your order at reception the night before. Room was...

'People are really friendly. Like the coloured swimming pool. When I go back,I will stay there again. Also nice breakfast which is included and free transport to airport. Highly recommend this place ! '

'The property was excellent but a long way from town. Nothing within walking distance and cars were expensive despite short journey. You can rent scooters/motorcycles from the hotel for less than a car trip to town. We found that useful. The restaurant was delicious, particularly the pizza and Indonesian food. Breakfast wasn’t included but we just cooked in the apartment which we expected and was fine. The supermarkets in town are well stocked. The staff were amazing, super helpful and friendly....

'Unfortunately, the reviews mentioning that the accommodations are run-down are accurate. I stayed in one of the rooms in the main hotel-style building, and it was disappointing. The room didn’t feel very clean, there were squished bugs and unidentified marks on the walls, and it had a strange smell. I can’t speak for the individual cottages, which may be nicer, but I wouldn’t recommend the main building in its current condition. The location is beautiful, with gorgeous beach views....
