'We had a long suite nice and spacious for 2-3 people. Fridge, microwave, 2 TVs Pool, hot tub I’ve never had a hotel give a free breakfast and supper and drinks! Location is great for the Arena. Lots of restaurants literally down the street. 10 pizza places! Great all around hotel and area!'

'Het is een historisch gebouw. Op de zeer koude winterse dagen was de kant van de ramen wel koud in de kamer maar de verwarming was makkelijk naar een hogere temperatuur te zetten. Het is een bijzonder charmant hotel met een zeer service gerichte staff. Een aanrader.'

'I reserved a room eight months in advance, but when my family arrived at the property they did not have the room type we booked. There were 4 of us, I booked a room with 2 queen beds and they gave us one king bed and a pull out couch. The front desk mildly apologized, but that was it. We had an uncomfortable stay.'

'Makkelijk bereikbaar en ruime parkeerplaats. Rustige omgeving. Vriendelijk personeel bij check-in en een goed ontbijt. Lobby lijkt onlangs gerenoveerd en is ruim en overzichtelijk.'

'Hotel was average, but I paid $$$ because a concert was close by. Seems rather unfair, especially because it was triple their normal charge for a room. I knew what I was getting into for convenience, but come on!!! Triple?? Super nice staff though! '

'Only one person was checking people in and the line of people was wrapped around the lobby. Our room had thick dust on the lamp and table edges and there was a sock under the bed. No faceial wipes. Convenient place to stay for concerts but expensive for the condition our room was in and the long wait to check in.'

'The breakfast buffet was top notch, and staff worked hard to keep it stocked and fresh and the dining area tidy. The room was modern and well-appointed, and the beds very comfortable. Parking is in an enclosed ramp connected directly to the hotel--very secure. We didn't get a chance to take a swim or get a workout, but both spaces looked very well kept. I appreciated how easy it was to get on and off the freeway nearby, as well. Would absolutely choose this hotel for any future travel to the...

'This was a fantastic property I'd stay at again. Some rooms are without bathroom, and are priced accordingly. Very clean, very well equipped and very friendly! Website photos do the property justice, it's just as beautiful in person.'

'Soft bed and pillows, but the best part is a shuttle to events! Onsite restaurant with a full bar. Full shampoo/conditioner on the shower wall. Easy to get to, and has a Starbucks inside. The only thing I'd change, would be to add a waffle maker and free coffee for breakfast. '
