« There was no hot water and when I called up front , I was told I would get a call back. The call back never came and I called again and they acted as if they knew the whole time. I was not offered any solution or refund of portion of money. The breakfast was good though, and the cook actually was horrified when he heard the front desk employee screaming at me. « We arrived and found that the restaurant and bar were going to be closed for the duration of our stay. This is a remote area, so we had to drive to locate any food or drink. We had to change rooms several times, as we wanted a room on the lakeside and had to upgrade to a handicap room, due to the toilets being so low to the ground in the regular rooms. Neither of us are handicapped, but we are in our 70's. The room was fine and the beds were super comfortable! We spent the better part of...

« We arrived at 4pm and they gave away our room to someone else in error because they didn't bother to check the name. So we had to settle for a smaller room that was not as clean as expected for a newer hotel. Very disappointed. The best part of tge stay was their pancake machine ar breakfast. Even though I travel through the area often, I won't be going back. Definitely not up to Hilton hotel group standards. »

« Excellent stay here, very clean, pretty good breakfast. Joseph and Karl were fantastic giving us ideas where to visit and were super friendly. 12pm check out was a huge plus, great location near town and restaurants, not too far from lots to do. »

« The property is old and crusty. The online pictures look nothing like the property in person. »

« Although the clerk on arrival was very quiet, the staff in general was very friendly. Breakfast options were good and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot chocolate, coffee, and tea in the lobby upon arrival. »

« The gentleman who waited on us to check in & out wasn’t friendly. He was difficult to hear because he spoke softly. He did not offer a receipt at check out. The Window blind in room was broken. When retracting, it appeared to be broken on the left side. There was no wall thermostat in the room - only holes where it should have been. A channel guide would be helpful for the tv. »

« On sent bien que les proprietaires essaient de faire des efforts pour rendre l’endroit accueillant mais il y a tellement de travail. Nous ne somme pas resté la chambre sentait vraiment le tabac et pourtant c’etait une non fumeur (en tout cas dans notre reservation). Il y avait en effet comme on peut le lire ailleurs des insectes et nous ne sommes pas fan de partager notre lit avec. Il a fallut a plus de 20h trouver un nouvel hôtel. Experience décevante. »
