« 10/10 stay! The host was incredibly responsive and communicated clearly throughout. The property was easy to find, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. I only stayed one night, but I already wish it had been longer! The cherry on top was the complimentary snack basket—a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more special. « This property was not at all where Expedia said it was. I ended up getting a message on WhatsApp and had to follow a video to get to the property. It was in a small alley and no directions. Had to use context clues to find a restaurant that was in the video and follow from there. We were waiting by the door for a while because someone had to come unlock it for us. I booked the top room and got the room under it. The top room was taken. I ended up becoming extremely disappointed with this because...

"This is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful location surrounded by lush gardens. It lacks some of the amenities you expect at this level (gym, fridge in the room, tea making facilities) and the helicopters that come and go to the hotel’s helipad are a real nuisance. However, my real reason for the 4/5 grade is because of all the bird cages. Toucans are meant to be free."
