I'd recommend closing the blinds that face the sun when you leave for the day so it's not as hot when you return, you can ask the cleaning ladies that'

'It's a nice little place with all the amenities listed. Our family of 4 just wanted to go to the beach for the day and this was a great option as it is close to playa mantas and playa blanca. Chris, the property manager, was very helpful and even gave us some tips on where to park for our trip to the beach. Pensamos que esto iba a ser pasajero sin embargo la luz no regresó hasta el día siguiente alrededor de las 10am. Es importante mencionar que las otras propiedades de alrededor si contaban con luz. 'An amazing place with a gorgeous view! Spotlessly clean and very modern. We only stayed one night, sadly, but I would have stayed two despite it being somewhat far from some tourist spots. The sun rises and sets on the other side of the building that this apartment is under so it never gets too hot. We were there in January so not so hot as in summer but still lovely and warm.
