« This is not a true 5-star hotel. Our AC was broken for the first two nights, the sauna and jacuzzi were out of order, and breakfast had very few options. The worst part was the pool—it’s open to outside guests for swimming lessons, making it incredibly noisy and feeling like a public municipal pool. Very let down given how much we paid. »

« Amazing hôtel thank you so much »

« My stay at the Grand Central Hotel in Sofia was a solid, average experience that met my basic needs. The location is quite convenient as it is within easy walking distance of the city center, and the breakfast provided was a highlight of the morning. While the rooms were clean and very affordable, they felt a bit dated and lacked modern touches. Additionally, the rooms were quite small, and the immediate area around the hotel felt slightly shady, which might be a concern for some travelers »
