'This property is being worked on. We had several rooms with a wedding party - some rooms were better than others. Between all of our rooms, some issues included: there were some unpleasant smells (including smoke), showers leaked, fire alarm hung from the ceiling, door key kept not working, previous guests' take out was left in the refrigerator, etc. lt wasn't terrible - my room was probably the best - on 3rd floor.'

'This is a reasonable and cute place to stay (while visiting our son at Miami Ohio)- quaint and clean, not fancy. FYI there is a $1500 deposit that is charged in case of damages- it posted on my credit card and I had to wait for a refund so I was not happy about that.'

'We really enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a University of Miami orientation. This was a fine distance away — easy to get in town, maybe 15 minutes. The countryside was beautiful at this time of year. We saw bunnies, fireflies, and lots of different kinds of birds. We were kept busier than we thought we would be, so we didn’t get a chance to use the back porch gas fire pit, which was a bummer. We also barely used the game room, although I discovered the PacMan machine also has Galaga....

'Absolutely fantastic place with everything you could need for your stay. Host was super friendly and helpful. The place is decorated very thoughtfully and was ideal for the two us and our pets. We only stayed a night while passing through on our way home to Wisconsin from Virginia. However would visit again if the opportunity presents itself.'

The property manager said that we could but that they charged by the hour to get in early. In all my experience with using VRBO I’ve never heard of a “policy” like that. 'The house was exactly as advertised! The wall paper was definitely a conversation peice. We loved our stay there with our whole family. We had kids ranging from 3 to 10 and they all had fun. '

'Floors were very dirty, mouse poop around the house, freezer leaks water every couple of nights, bedroom light/fan remotes interfere between rooms. Host tried to charge for additional pet fee the was already paid in reservation. Neighborhood is a bit scary especially at night when there are random people walking outside through alley behind park. Playground park is not clean and has graffiti on equipment and signs.
