'Elevator had an electrical issue at some point on Saturday. Management decided that it would be better to wait until Monday to get it fixed. Electricians do make weekend service calls?? Breakfast food insufficient for the number of guests on both Saturday and Sunday mornings. The breakfast coffee and orange juice was empty and staff members were in no hurry to address it once notified.'
