« When you visit a small town and it doesn’t have any large chain hotels, you book a motel. We loved this precious property! I loved pulling up and parking in front of our door, it was the memories of my childhood. The room was clean and the air conditioner was ice cold! The young man that checked us in was so sweet and helpful. There was a beautiful, clear blue swimming pool. « Alors, mis a part un énorme cafard mort dans notre chambre, le logement etait propre. Nous n'en avons pas revu durant notre séjour de deux nuits. L'hôtel est pratique, la chambre est bien équipée et la literie est confortable. Des points de restaurations sont proches de l'hôtel et le personnel est souriant et aimable. « Older bldg. we had 2rooms, 4&9. Rm 4: bathroom floor not cleaned/hair around from previous guests. Partially used mini shampoos and conditioners which also had hair on them. There were individual pkts of shampoo I used. No hair dryer. Bed was uncomfortable/hard to our liking. TV programming was poor. Rm 9: uncomfortable bed. Bugs/insects in room. Used common areas very little. Ice maker frozen solid. Didn’t play golf because of timing. But course looked very nice. »

« This was such a nice perfect little place for our stay! The hosts were great to communicate with and very responsive. The hosts offered an early and flexible check-in. The campground was quiet and peaceful and very close to town and the river. Check out was great and smooth. Would definitely stay here again! »

« Cons: The house smelled like cigarette smoke, floor was dirty and had to sweep it up. A/C noisy, kitchen sink drained outside, floors are squishy and buckling ,almost tripped and no toaster as listed. The outside was over grown with trash and no place to sit. Pros: Plenty of space, has washer and dryer, close to town and quiet neighborhood. »

« A few inconveniences, lack of prep/readiness from host, cabin was nice and peaceful just a couple amenities that are listed as provided were missing (bath tissue, coffee, prior guests account was still in use on tv) Hosts did cover cost of dinner for having to finish 2 loads of sheets and towels and make the bed. Friendly hosts, nice and peaceful cabin, just lack of preparation. »

« Nice secluded cabin. If you are looking to get away from your phone this is for you. Host was nice and friendly. Cabin was clean. My son loved the game cabinet and bunk room. When the dam opens the water rises quite rapidly out of the banks but no where near the cabin. Was interesting to watch. I would stay again. »

« Everything was as described . Owner and staff are attentive to all needs . It was the perfect location for my teenage daughter and myself to explore Arkansas and the nature immediately surrounding the cabin .The Air conditioning worked well. Tools and buckets supplied were extremely helpful. There were frogs and toads in abundance . We had zero issues with any biting insects . The game room served as special bonus .. Fabulous place and would definitely stay again »

« Clean, nicely decorated and stocked with all the essentials and then some. Property is situated near a small creek that is nice for exploring. Close to Crater of Diamonds park and town. »
