« I really want to give our stay a 5 star review bc the place is beautiful with awesome pools and amenities however it is clear there is absolutely no one managing this place. The only staff present are a bartender and chef who comes in on the weekend. There was no one to help us check in and nothing was labeled to know where we were staying. « The hotel was very disappointing. Many of the facilities shown on Expedia were not available at the property. The staff said they were currently under maintenance. The bedroom did not have a sofa. When I asked for a room with a sofa, I was told that the sofas were very dirty. « Loved staying here! Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was immaculate and delicious. Bed was comfy too and the free crazy water was a huge perk! « We have stayed here two times this year for our boys baseball tournaments at Rocker B and it has been fantastic both times. The home is very clean with plenty of space. Host is responsive and easy to work with. We used the fire pit this time for s'mores and the grill another day for hotdogs and both worked great. It has a beautiful view of the lake from the master bedroom up high. Shower pressure is great and there are plenty of cooking items to use. All the essential items you need are there...
