'Deur naar badkamer ging moeizaam open en dicht. Kamer was donker doordat de ramen afgeplakt zijn'

'Nice room, newly renovated. Central and close to everything.'

'This was a good stop between turangi and wellington. Clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Very fast internet and late check out free of charge. Most restaurants and shopping centre on walking distance.'

'mattress was very old and stained'

'Great place to stay in palmy north, easy check in, large comfortable room with great view. And right in town with dining and shopping walking distance away. Recommend to all'

'Noise from the 2nd floor and stairs.'

'Lovely welcoming staff. Clean spacious room. Would recommend.'

'First time here and relaxing, peaceful and local stay in Palmy. Check in was no fuss, room immaculate and clean, had an iron and ironing board, everything we needed amd so local to restaurants, mall, city centre. We had Room 7. The only downfall was the Spa, we loved that it was a private Spa that could at least 4 of us, but the temperature was more like warm than hot. Other than that, a great stay, we'll come back here for sure.'

'Cant fault anything with them. Pretty awesome place to stay at. Shopping mall is right at the door step!! Loved the spa bath! One thing is that I would love for the shower to have a handheld shower head but other than that, 10 out of 5 for them!!'

'Clean room and pet friendly'

'Over all good'

'Nice and easy property as a quick stay for an early red eye flight'

'The hotel is old this would be fine, charming even, if things like the shower heads were updated. The TV was not very good in my room. The bathroom needs a referb. The bed was nice. The staff were nice.'

'The rooms are very clean and modern inside. Parking is easy and its location is very private and quiet.'

'Will definitely stay again'
