'Prima hotel, welke redelijk centraal ten opzichte van de bezienswaardigheden in Muscat is gelegen. We kregen een update naar een suite. Deze was zeer ruim. Tegenover het hotel is een grote supermarkt en in de nabije omgeving een prima restaurant (Foodlands). Het ontbijt was ook goed.'

'Lovely accommodation at quiet part of Nizwa. We were received very friendly and got some tips of things to do in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, we arrived late and left early as we used this as a more budget friendly stay for the Jebel Shams balcony walk. Spacious apartment, king bedroom had a ensuite bathroom and the kitchen the necessities i.e. microwave/kettle'

'The hotel was very noisy, the room looked like it has never seen refurbishment since the 19th century, the breakfast was not great, there was no hairdryer in the room, the shower could use some repairs, the room was smelly, the bed linen felt dirty as well, the wifi was very slow, the bill had to be paid in advance, they do not accept American Express, and the hotel was willing to arrange day trips in Muscat and Oman at rates that were well above those advertised by tour operators. 'This hotel is a bit of out the way from downtown Sur. The price is right but the beds were uncomfortable, the bathrooms were extremely basic and the main room included plastic deck chairs as part of its furniture complement. Even though this hotel states that it accepts payment by credit card, the reception workers complained and did everything they could to dissuade me from using one which kind of put a bad taste in my mouth.'
