'No electricity!!! I understand its war time and it might happen, but Hotels usually have generator, or at least let us know before, and allow to cancel, let me find a warm hotel. Woke up freezing cold!!!'

'Vriendelijk personeel, schone kamers.

'We had a nice 2 bedroom appartment. It was located near Independence square. It was very complete and clean. It was a great place to stay. The staff was very helpful. '

'Amazing location, and we were fortunate enough to book the apt with a balcony overlooking the wonderful street. The building is lovely and the staff very accommodating. A refrigerator that made ice would have been nice, as well as a roll of paper towels, but all in all it was a delightful stay!'

'Very small apartment'

'Its good'

'very good experience. Clear instructions on how to get there (important! as came two hours late - train delay), immediate reactions via whatsapp, clean - loads of restaurants close by and Kyiv Opera is 5 mins walking. Both Figaro and Nabucco were excellent. Room was nice and tidy, bedroom (upstairs) also very good.'

'Oleg, the Manager is very communicative, easy to deal with, and is quick to react to requests. I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable. Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk. '

'I really enjoyed the place. It is kept clean. The bed was comfortable.'

'Great location, close to all necessary stores and downtown'
