« This is a duplex with 3 bedrooms. The location was very quiet but getting there was a little treacherous because the road was bumpy and gravel. However, I would stay again for sure. The duplex was clean. We ended up with 11 people total, and there was room for us all. There's a little sari sari nearby for essentials. It's about a 2 mile walk to karinderyas with good food. The caretaker was very nice and accommodating. Overall it was a great place. »

« Please be aware the property is pretty far from the center. We are from out of the country & traveled w/ my inlaws & 2 other relatives. The place was difficult to find. Kudos to the host who provided us with instructions w/ photos on how to get there. However, the area is located deep w/in houses and small one-way roads that were unpaved. It needs deep cleaning When I opened the cabinets it stunk and had small roaches. The bathrooms are not so clean and finally it could use some de-cluttering too much furniture. « The Villa had no hot water running in the bathrooms, the fridge is not cooling, which spoiled our food, and we noticed roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. We contacted the office management who came to check the unit and we also emailed the office manager. While we were moved to another unit in the area the next day, we encountered more issues. The rooms had mosquitoes, water leak from the side of the stairway, creating safety and slipping hazard and the internet connection does not reach all...
