'It was lovely. It was quiet and away from people, v close to local amenities and sites. The WiFi is spotty but that is no criticism, it was great to know i could just read a book without constantly checking my screen. Will definitely come again.'

'The property was excellent, lovely hosts . The bungalow was comfortable, spotless clean, comfortable bed and had everything you need.Couple of nice areas outside for sitting out.Would highly recommend it. We found a lovely park nearby and plenty of little shops and takeaways just a few minutes walk.'

'We needed somewhere to break our journey back from Scotland and this was ideal for a family of four and not too far from the A1. We also chose it partly as it was dog friendly but a change of plan meant we didn’t actually have our dogs with us after all. But the provisions for visiting dogs were a nice touch. Also a welcome pack of milk, juice and biscuits f(for us) was well received.'

'From the moment we arrived our host “Kristie”,looked after us throughout our stay. The Stables were super clean and had lots of lovely touches that make a real difference to a short break. Hot tub was squeaky clean and crystal clear, robes, footwear, towels of great quality were provided too. We will be back and we highly recommend both the property and host, too marks 😀'

'Booked to stay with friends for an event. The Thursday before I messaged the host asking for an earlier check in, the host agreed for us to check in at 2 which was great for us! On the Saturday we arrived to the area after a 3.5 hour drive, we arrived slightly before 2. I messaged the host and ask if would be ok to get access the property early, the host said the property was not ready but we could leave our bags. "Although many stars given by me, my all in all result is 3 stars because of the all day long (24/7) heavily humming noise I heard in my room. Luckily I had a couple of earbuds with me that I was going to use during a pop concert, so I didn't hear the noise during my sleep. My room was a single person room, number 31. So if you get that one offerred, immediatly ask for another room."
