'Nice hotel with friendly staff. There was a little challenge with our room which turned out to be the result of a miscommunication but it was instantly resolved. We had a room on the other side of the road which is very nice from a noise perspective but it means you have to cross the street for breakfast (in the Irish rain ;o) ). Spacious rooms. Temperature of the water in the bathroom was a bit of a challenge but if you are careful you quickly sort it. TV did not work but when we notified...

'Mooie ruime en comfortabele en luxe kamers. Vriendelijk personeel en fijne ambiance in de ontvangst. Hotel ligt centraal gelegen in Belfast, maar toch rustig met veel horeca in de buurt. Pluspunt tegen over Limelight.'

'Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Defecte schuifdeur werd meteen gerepareerd. Ontbijt laat naar mate de tijd vordert te wensen over. Er wordt niet goed aangevuld en veel moeten vragen, koffie en dergelijke, missend bestek. Tweede dag vroeg gaan ontbijten, toen was alles wel goed geregeld. Restaurant best goed, maar iets te pretentieus. Al met al, prima hotel, ik zou er zeker nog eens naar toe gaan.'

'This was such a surprise find on our trip to Ireland. Perched on top of a hill overlooking the rolling hills of Ballycastle and the ocean. You could not find a better view for dinner. Our room was nice and quiet, meals were great and easy to reserve. Staff was exceptional. '
