'Dirty place. A disgrace to the brand name and an absolute ripoff. Doesn’t match the pictures'

'Breakfast was more a fight for food, quality bad! Rooms old and towels were not clean. '

'Very clean room , easy access to falls . Parking is across the street in a pretty awful building but no issues, looks worse than it is . Breakfast is good not sure it’s 11.00 worth but good . We enjoyed our stay as it was our second time there . Much cheaper than staying on Canadian side .'

'The hotel itself is fine but at the end I was surprised to see that it charged me an extra $21.16 "DMDF" fee per night. I don't even know what DMDF stands for. This is an unpleasant surprise that should have been reflected in the initial Expedia charge. The hotel worker said it is charged so the hotel can provide its free services and items to guests. I said we have different ideas of what "free" means.'

'Excelente'

'Goed hotel met fijn ontbijtbuffet'

'We were treated well with lovely amenities.'

'We had requested adjoining rooms only to find out we didn't get them upon arrival. We had to wait some time for someone to show up to check us in. The room was clean enough but we felt like it needed an update, pretty worn out. There was not enough coffee at breakfast and the choices for food were pretty limited, again there was some there but not many choices. We would stay again if there was nowhere else to stay but would definitely try another place first.'

'Overall state of hotel and surrounding ver bad'

'Goede locatie. !0 min rijden voor de Falls. Goed parkeren.'
