We did pay in full online upon booking but was required to pay cash at the property upon checking in when asked why, we were told that it was just to secure the booking which I’m sure Expedia is not aware of their (property agent) practices. We have booked for 4 nights, on our fourth night, they had to move us to a different room (which is worst than the one we had), we were told that the owner of the unit had scheduled...

« Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...

« When we first checked into our room, the fridge was not working property. The maganger quickly got us into our next room, with a bit of an upgrade, seamlessly and no additional cost. Both rooms were super clean and had all the amenities you would need to stay. I will definitely be staying here again. »
