'This hotel charged the deposit twice, but none of the staffs explain the reason. They just repeat telling that it's the issue of bank so I should ask to the bank, not to the hotel. I never experienced the similar case before. And this hotel changed its management and change its interior, so the entrance and many areas are dirty. Also this hotel allow staying with the pets. My daughter has the allergy on cats so she had to take anti-allergy pill everyday.'
