'Kevin and his staff were awesome room was great. AC was cold and quiet breakfast biscuits, and gravy all morning long get you started for your day. Bank Across The Street food to the north food to the south easy access. It’s a small town, but if you’re all about it, you will enjoy it.!!!'

'WELL, the room was clean and the staff are nice. Besides the broken cars in the parking lot, these appeared to be no one else staying at this motel. There could have been one other person but unclear. It was Memorial Day weekend??? Positives, quiet, easy parking, great ice machine, very nice large refrigerator (I was on a long road trip and appreciated being able to transfer some of my cooler food to the frig). TV worked and good internet, air conditioning worked. Can't beat the price. ...

'We enjoyed our stay at the Albaugh family guest house. The views were amazing. There is a great view of Mt Shasta and Mt Lassen. We enjoyed watching the cows move around in the pasture. A convenient location. We would stay again'

'This was our first time visiting Modoc County and we are so happy we booked Gooseloop Getaway for our 4-night stay. This lovely home is THE BEST place to stay when visiting Alturas and for day trips throughout gorgeous Modoc County. So quiet and peaceful, set amongst the trees yet just a few minutes drive to town.
