'We ended up staying at another property due to locals warning us that the area where this property is situated is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS and that the would not recommend us going there at all. We were expecting to arrive after dark thus did not want to take the chance.'

' Pathetic communication. After paying for the accommodation, a message was put up (2 days before the arrival date) that the accommodation was not available. I did not see thos message and so we arrived to find out there was no accommodation for us. Why did I not get an email to inform me. Why was I expected to "check the messages in case the booking may be cancelled". How ridiculous and what poor communication. I still have not received any formal correspondance telling me that the booking had...
