'Really nice, comfortable resort. Easy beach access, nice pool. Nice (though pricey) restaurant on site. The beach access is extremely limited because there is zero access from mid to high tide. But it's lovely during low tide. I almost always had it to myself. It is very close to other more accessible beaches. My stay (end of Sept '25) was peaceful and the resort not overly crowded. My room was quiet and tranquil until the last night when a family with young children checked in just over me....

'Beautiful home in the Historic district. Dogs loved the yrad with a fence around it. Plenty of nearby parks. A amenities and bed was so comfortable. Couldn't ask for more. '

'Our stay at SSI was great! Shipwatch is an older property but met our needs. The beach was never crowded, the pool was always clean, and parking was easy to find. Bring a beach cart because it is a bit of a walk if you are hauling things to the beach with you. Ben was a great host! '

'The property is absolutely beautiful, exactly as promoted online. Location is very convenient to the beach and close to all major eateries in St. Simon. We could not have asked for a better property to enjoy our St. Simon get-away!'

'Everything was clean, we had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and check out was very easy as well. Loved the location, it was very close to everything! Starbucks around the corner, and great restaurants and the beach only about 6 minutes away. We’d definitely come back. '

'The pool and hot tub on this property are awesome. The distance to the beach was longer than expected especially since the condominium is ocean front. Limited view of the ocean from our condo. The owner was wonderful with communications ensuring the condo was up to standard. Enjoyed our stay and would rent again if returned to the area. '

'We had the absolute best time! This is our second time staying here and it was even better than I remember. This place is so perfect and quaint and accommodating to families and pets. The host is so incredibly nice! We told her that this trip was particularly special because we decided to get married this weekend. We were welcomed into the home with flowers and little gifts and it was just the most thoughtful touch! We hope to make this a yearly or at least every other year trip and we would...

'Great accommodations. Easy to follow instructions on entry and exit. Very tranquil, peaceful. Sleep Number bed could have slept all day. Perfect for a weekend get away! Try Sal’s Pizza in St. Simons! Great slice!'
