'Very nice lodge in Victoria Falls. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice, with a big bathroom, and the gardens and general ambience were lovely. The only thing we could possibly criticise slightly are the restaurant, which doesn't offer a lot of choice - but that probably reflects the limitations of a relatively small lodge versus a big hotel.'

'Excellent stay, wish I could have stayed longer. All the staff were very super friendly and I enjoyed all the activities included. The rooms were special, really enjoyed the plunge pool and outdoor shower. The air conditioning worked well and made the sleep comfortable. All the food I had was tasty and there was really great variety. You won’t regret your stay here! '

'Great room but expensive. There is no pool to the Safari Club. Next door Safari Hotel has a small pool with small deck. For a hotel at this (price) level, a pool should be a must. The complimentary happy hour, and high tea are a fun little extra. We stayed 3 nights but I believe 2 is enough to see the Victoria Falls and some wildlife.'

'一人旅で利用。ビクトリアの滝へ一番近く、無料で入園できるので選びました。滝へは3回も行き、滝の飛沫でびしょびしょになってもホテルに帰ってシャワーや着替えもできてとても便利でした。 スタッフの方々もとてもフレンドリーで、お出迎えや日本語で『こんにちは』と言ってくれたのも嬉しかったです。朝食のビュッフェも豪華で美味しかった！敷地内にはインパラやシマウマ、サルもいて、キリンにも出会えました。中庭での夜のコンサートも良いムードでした。ルナレインボーの見られる日にまた泊まってみたいです。 ホテルによる空港の送迎が現地の相場に比べるとだいぶ割高な印象なのと、ホテルとは関係ないとは思いますが、滝への裏口を出ると観光客狙いで色々とツアーやガイドの勧誘に声をかけてくる人たちがいるので注意です。'
