« It was clear that something was off when the soap and shampoo dispensers in the3 bathroom were empty and the towels had been washed and re-used well past their useful life. The property is in a blighted area with a number of abandoned businesses, and from the outside this ABVI also looked abandoned. The worst was the breakfast. They told us it was from 6 to 9. When we got there at 6 no one was there. There was a thermos of coffee from the night before or maybe the night before that. There...
