'The only complaint was that the indoor pool was too cold to swim in. The hotel was clean, amenities were above normal and well stocked, and the breakfast was everything you hope a hotel breakfast would be and lacked nothing. Also, the area was safe.'

'nette kamer die met alles voorzien was. Niets op aan te merken op de deuren na die wel erg hard dichtslaan'

'Great place to stay with my two dogs. My room was very nice and the service was great'

'The location was ideal for us -- close to family, shopping, and eating. We've stayed here on our last 3 visits to Salem. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the first 2 days this trip there were repairs going on which were messy and smelly. The rooms, although clean and neat, seemed neglected and uninviting.'

'I hate it that there's no phone number 1 800 number to talk to customer service and I joined the chat line and I asked for customer service phone number. It's that hard, it's a 1 800 number that you guys have. That's what I don't like. That's why you guys get one star. There's no customer service whatsoever'
