« Unforgivable. Stayed in a third floor room for four nights More or less average for a roadside motel. On the night before we left, the lone elevator quit. Staff said it would take days to fix and there was no help for me or numerous other seniors on the third floor to get our luggage down. »

« The staff were amazing. We had a charter thay had to change due to weather, and they did everything they could reasonably do to to accommodate us and help us with early check in after we had been awake 24 hours. They even called me when the room was ready. I cannot thank them enough. The room was clean. The rook wasn't the one we booked probably because of how they were trying to help us, but it worked out just fine. Everything in the room worked. AC was good. Only complaint was the curtain...

« Parking was awful, street parking only and there were NO convenient spaces. Room was alright, clean. Coffee pot was kinda gross, wasn’t brave enough to use it. Bed was WAY too soft, beware if you have back issues and need a firm mattress. No pool, but decent access to the river walk…. not a great choice if you have littles. Not at all a bad choice, but honestly, you can do better for the price. »
