'There were strands of hair one of the pillows and a wash cloth…disgusting! The shower was not as clean as it could’ve been…dirty grout, mold in various corners of the tub. The staff was kind and accommodating. '

'The person at the desk was rude to me when I approached her about my key not working. I told her the issue and she snapped back at me, “relax!” Then another male employee came to the desk and asked to see the key. When he looked at it, he threw it across the lobby, telling the desk clerk not to use that key. I found this entire episode very strange. I avoided speaking to the desk clerk during the remainder of our stay.'

'The kiosk/video check in was OK but there was no one on site that we saw. The room seemed to be half completed. Hardly any lights and one didn't work. There was no chair in the room. The A/C was terribly noisy and there was a lot of noise overall. Dogs barking in the middle of the night and what sounded like a couple fighting , yelling throwing or hitting things at 2:00 am. I'll never stay there again.'

'Great place to stay to lay your head. It's very outdated, but there's evidence the owners have attempted to spruce it up. It's overall clean and quiet. I traveled alone, and felt safe. The buttons were worn off in the room AC, but it was functional. The mini fridge could have been updated. Hosts were very friendly. Breakfast was very disappointing. I expected some kind of pastries or bagles. There were 2 sugary cereals, bread, mini muffins and waffles. There was no butter for the toast or...

'The room was not clean. Noticed there was a stain on the bedding and hair on the bed frame. The toilet flushed really really slow and would have to flush twice no matter what. When we went out we asked for house keeping to clean the room and when we got back all they did was replenish the towels and make the bed and left the OLD DIRTY sheets on the bed yes the one that had what looked like blood or makeup on it.'

'The check in process was so smooh and the host was so helpful and caring with great customer service.'

'The staff was amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast however the weekend staff for the breakfast was a little slack… no regular coffee, food run out before it could be replenished. The trash didn’t get emptied for a couple days in our room. The “Do Not Disturb “ sign had been taken down since Sunday. They finally came and emptied it on Monday. Otherwise was an enjoyable stay.'

'A brand new hotel that opened in February 2026! Just simply brilliant with great staff and great food! The only thing I would recommend changing are the shower heads. The water flow is not very strong!'
