'TVs did not work and the phone didn’t work to even call the front desk so you could get the TV to work and then every floor had a crack in it and then to top it off in the morning, I went to at least get a cup of juice to take with me for their free breakfast and the juice machine was not working, so you were not able to get any beverages.'

'Property was under renovation. Poor sanitation. Rooms and hotel does not reflect what is advertised. Had an awful smell throughout. Had to move rooms. 1st room was unacceptable. Beds, furniture, appliances were outdated. Not worth the price that I was charged for a bad experience'

'Positive: The beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. The game room was a nice surprise for our kids. The kids loved the pool. Most of the employees were very pleasant. I didn’t hear any street or neighbor noises inside our room. Negative: The air didn’t cool well and wasn’t turned down before we arrived. The hair dryer didn’t work. Expedia didn’t notate that the hotel required a $100 deposit, but they did after arrival. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.'
