The gas heating was on when we arrived on an unusually cold November day, the beds were comfortable with beautiful linen, the kitchen was superbly equipped, every convenience was thought of, the area was quiet, with lovely distant views from the lounge room, kangaroos grazing in the garden, a bush walk literally a few minutes away, and all only 4 minutes drive from the centre of Castlemaine. Outstanding. We will be back. '

'My two nights here were just what I needed. So quiet with great hosts where nothing was too much trouble. The surroundings here make it easy to unwind and a dip in the pool is well worth it. Not too far from town that you can walk but far enough from the busy roads so you can relax. So glad I found this place. Will absolutely return again one day. '
