« The property is as described in the listing. It was quieter than we expected with a restaurant on the first floor and the occasional Amtrak train going by. The loft is bathed in beautiful natural light and we had a great view of the street and train depot. We appreciated the delicious local coffee that is on offer. A couple of observations. « We had a Roomy apartment with a great location to the Main street with restaurants and shops. The apartment had two bedrooms with a king beds in each with a TV capable of streaming . Two full baths. Full size washer/ dryer . Full kitchen. Large living area with flat screen tv. Draw backs: Across the street of a nightclub. Could hear the music and crowds until after midnight. The second bedroom is away from the street and quieter. There is a Major street project going on (signs in elevator...

« We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed...

« Super cute apartment above a bar/restaurant. We are at the restaurant under it the first night, and the food is really good. The first night we stayed there was a Tuesday, so the bar was closed. The second night it was open and kind of loud but closed at midnight so nothing crazy. Love the apartment. I missed an email from the owner with the door code, but he responded quickly. Super cute neighborhood with walking to lots of shops and restaurants. »

« We rented this property due to its close proximity to The Ark. It is within easy walking distance to all downtown shops, etc. The property was very clean and exactly as advertised. We would gladly stay there again. »
