'Excellent location. Very easy to get walk to places to eat and shop. The Rail Trail was great for brisk walks and it’s right next to the house. The property was very clean and reasonably well furnished. It really fit our purpose and we’d recommend it if your travels take you to Lincolnton.'

'They were attentive until we told them we had to leave early due to the passing of my uncle and it was time for us to get home. The pots and pans were warped. The second shower didn't get hot. Also the one bedroom is slanted where the blood flows all to your head. They have yet to respond back from when we left to see if they were kind enough to reimburse us for the three days we didn't stay due to the passing. '

'We stayed for long weekend! It’s three bedrooms and two bathroom with ample space. The house was very clean and appeared newly remodeled. Hosts provided all the necessary items plus a few extra (coffee pods, shampoo and conditioner, etc) Communication with host was quick and helpful! Nice location very near town! Would definitely stay again! '

'The house looks very much as pictured. Asthetically pleasing to the eye from a distance. Up close we found writing on the walls, excessive scuffs, second hand furniture, dryer that took 2x runs to dry, broken dishwasher and busted bed in the master bedroom. We had problems with the thermostat being set on a program and it was 68 degrees. We like it 70-71. We could not override the program so the temp stayed cool. 'This was my third time staying at this property. It’s the perfect spot for a girls weekend getaway! The kitchen is very well stocked and the dock is amazing. Highly recommend!'

'Check in was easy and all communication with the host was responded to quickly. Any minor issues we had were quickly addressed with professionalism and courtesy. The on site activies kept young and old family members busy and entertained! Sleeping arrangements were perfect for a family reunion. The kitchen was well stocked and we really made use of the Blackstone grill. The access to the lake for kayaking and fishing was utilized by all ages. We did not need to leave the site for entertainment...

'The house was beautiful. We had a great time bringing in the New year, here. The game room was super fun, as well as the family board games, provided. Loved the sauna and hot tub. Great laundry room. I particularly Liked the kitchen appliances: coffee makers, air fryer, toaster, and the nice dishes and pots/pans.
