'Nice hotel. Stayed here in the past and will return'

'This was my second stay here and I love the location and room. It’s easy to walk to restaurants and to where I needed to go. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, unless that’s an iron. I was there Sunday through Thursday and one elevator was out of service the whole time. It did slow service to rooms down at certain times.'

'Stayed 4 times in the last year. Love it there'

'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....

'Friendly staff'

'Top hotel. '

'The bed was extremely comfortable, the room very clean and staff were very helpful!'

'The room was very clean, the staff was wonderful, the buffet breakfast was a nice bonus. The parking was convenient and easy, the location was fabulous. We enjoyed our stay very much.'

'Er werd verbouwd, hetgeen romel ooleverde.'

'It was okay. Bathrooms are very small. Kind of expensive for what you get'

'Connected to airport!'

'Arm chair in the room was "very" dirty, screen on the window was torn loose at full vertical length. Did not leave a good impression on overall cleanliness and maintenance standards. A little attention would go a long way to improve my overall impression.'

'The only highlight was the guy that checked us out Sunday & the Breakfast Gal, both excellent! Otherwise, it was dirty in the areas by the elevators on both the 4th floor and 1st floor for both days we were there. Also, no housekeeping on 2nd day, so we had to go hunt down toilet paper, Kleenex & towels on our own, thank goodness only for 3 people not the original 4 people. We have been staying in Sioux Falls for 6+ years now & this was the 1st time we've encountered such a unkept facility. WE...

'When I checked into this hotel, I went right to my room. I walked in, visably could confirm the hotel room had not been cleaned. I walked back up to the front desk and told them the problem. They gave me another room, but they no longer had any king rooms. I said I didn't care. The second room was on the second floor, and I was directed to the elevator. I entered the elevator, noticed the nice garden area outside, and the pool room looked good. However, that is where nice ended. Piles of dirty...
