'Lock didn’t work on door, check in took forever, lights falling out of ceiling, shower head falling out of wall, outlet covers pulled out of wall, bar closed two hours earlier than stated, and so much chlorine that my family had asthma attacks and broke out in rashes.'

'One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, in Sioux Falls. We were all there for a basketball tournament and the big eating area was perfect for us when we were celebrating a kid's birthday party and having pizza after our games for the day! Kids loved the pool area. Hot tub was closed on Sunday AM, but the all night swimming was cool for parents!'

'Excellent stay. Loved how roomy and clean the room was. Big bathroom, loved that liquid shampoo and body wash were provided. The entire hotel was well cared for. We're not breakfast eats in the morning, so the fact that it's not one of the amenities doesn't bother us. Overall, one of the best values I've seen for a hotel if you're just looking for a clean, comfy place to stay. Would definitely stay again when we're in Sioux Falls!'

'Leuke accommodatie voor een nacht in Sioux Falls. De Falls zelf vielen wat tegen, echt een aangelegd park, een prachtige kathedraal (wel een flinke klim) qua hotel is het prima. Goede bedden, schoon, prima badkamer en fijne douche. Ergerlijk is wel het overdag continue aanwezig zijn van de toeterende treinen, want er zijn veel onbewaakte overgangen, maar daar kan het hotel niet veel aan doen. Ontbijt prima en een compliment voor de (72 jarige) ontbijtzaalmedewerker. Dat doet ze prima! '

'Top hotel. Gezellig terras aan het water met een open haard. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Fijne bedden en een top ontbijt. Alles werd goed schoongemaakt en aangevuld. Hotel krijgt van ons een 10. Beste hotel van onze road trip van Minneapolis naar Yellow Stone Park en terug. '

'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....

'The breakfast was decent. Coffee is decent. Room is mostly comfortable. I had a light out in bathroom. There was also evidence of growth starting to develop in areas of the window. The shower handle wasn’t secure and water pressure is poor. But the staff is super nice and helpful and the area is close by where I was working so it’s a decent stay. Price is also fair. I’d stay again'
