'Very happy we stayed at the Highpoint Hotel. We had a suite that was large with great views from all the windows. Was very convenient to all our activities. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again.'

'Leuke accommodatie voor een nacht in Sioux Falls. De Falls zelf vielen wat tegen, echt een aangelegd park, een prachtige kathedraal (wel een flinke klim) qua hotel is het prima. Goede bedden, schoon, prima badkamer en fijne douche. Ergerlijk is wel het overdag continue aanwezig zijn van de toeterende treinen, want er zijn veel onbewaakte overgangen, maar daar kan het hotel niet veel aan doen. Ontbijt prima en een compliment voor de (72 jarige) ontbijtzaalmedewerker. Dat doet ze prima! '

'For the price this was an acceptable overnight stay. The aircon is very loud, So if you are a light sleeper you would struggle. The mattress also requires changing as areas that are sinking. The breakfast choices were not the worst I’ve had at similar hotels, but it’s not great so if you are staying more than one night you probably need to BYO.'

'It was a good stay overall, quiet stay. Upon arrival the room looked exactly like the pictures did. Things to add would be to have staff attend the front desk more often, I was trying to get the password for the WiFi but every-time I came or walked by there was no one at the desk. There were multiple dents in the room, a dent in the bathtub exposing the insulation and one in the ceiling in the main room. Breakfast was ok could fix the waffle machine so the waffles fully cook in them and offer a...

'Top hotel. Gezellig terras aan het water met een open haard. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Fijne bedden en een top ontbijt. Alles werd goed schoongemaakt en aangevuld. Hotel krijgt van ons een 10. Beste hotel van onze road trip van Minneapolis naar Yellow Stone Park en terug. '

'The front desk person was not helpful and didn’t say a word to us. It was 1am but some acknowledgement would’ve been nice. The beds were fine, the pillows were really thick. Bathroom was nice. Continental breakfast options were an apple, Orange or bagel. If you wanted something else you had to pay for it. It was attached to the airport which was nice.'

'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....

'The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was very kind. We thought that breakfast ended at 10; it was at 9. They still let us eat a little something even though they don’t have to. It felt safe there.'
