'We weren’t in town for any good reasons, just for family in the hospital, but this hotel and its staff made our stay in Sioux Falls so much better. Everyone was so friendly and smiling when we passed them in the halls and at the front desk. The pool and hot tub were very clean, as was the whole hotel. The breakfast bar was definitely one of the best we have had at a regular hotel and the staff wrote fun notes on the yogurt cups and banana peels; there were also smily faces on the oranges....

'The property is dated and the rooms are smaller than average. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. My room was very clean. Everything functioned and nothing was broken. The staff was very friendly.'

'Leuke accommodatie voor een nacht in Sioux Falls. De Falls zelf vielen wat tegen, echt een aangelegd park, een prachtige kathedraal (wel een flinke klim) qua hotel is het prima. Goede bedden, schoon, prima badkamer en fijne douche. Ergerlijk is wel het overdag continue aanwezig zijn van de toeterende treinen, want er zijn veel onbewaakte overgangen, maar daar kan het hotel niet veel aan doen. Ontbijt prima en een compliment voor de (72 jarige) ontbijtzaalmedewerker. Dat doet ze prima! '

'Didn’t have hot water for showers for 3 days. Water was luke warm, when it’s 20 degrees out and a blizzard, you would like a hot shower. Went to inform manager and immediately manager got offensive and raising her voice at me, at the start of conversation. This is no way for a manager to handle a paying customer '

'This is a fun location for families but on the pricy end especially since the stay does not include breakfast. The kids loved the pool and the staff was all wonderful. The hotel is starting to show signs of wear and aging, however it was clean. The only real disappointment was the exercise room which was way too small, poorly ventilated and lacking in available equipment given the size of the hotel. '

'We stayed two nights. Both mornings there was a hand-written note on yellow notebook paper on the fridge in the breakfast area that there was no milk. Two days in a row. Surely management could have sent someone over to Target to buy a gallon. Breakfast serving counter was not wiped and a large overflowing bowl of yogurt was always present.'
