Kies je hotel in Lackawanna County

'The owner was extremely rude and chased my husband down the road when he was walking our dog. Not a pet friendly place at all. Room smelled terrible, dirty, bathroom was disgusting, toilet wouldn’t even flush a small piece of toilet paper down, tv didn’t work, room was dark and dingy, smoke alarms were beeping in hallway. We left and had to book a different hotel. We are requesting a full refund!!!! Do not stay at this place. Building is falling apart and the staff is absolutely horrible....

'Centraal gelegen. Parkeergarage naast het hotel. Mooie lobby. Starbucks inpandig. Maar vooral Carl is geweldig, stand-up comedian. Wij waren in Scranton om alles van de serie The Office te zien. Zwembad prima. Aankomst was minder. De dame bij de incheck bakte er niets...

'We were very please with how clean the property and especially our room was when we checked in. The person at the desk was so nice and very helpful! His name is John.'

'The check in staff was great! There was hair and snot in the shower'

'We literally checked in and checked out. Hall filled with smell of weed even though there are signs "no smoking", Halls were filthy and filled with garbage as well as leaves. When we drove around the back upon leaving we saw people doing drugs in the parking lot. The staff at the front desk was so nice and so understanding when we said that we were checking out.'

'Good hotel, only point was our bathroom fan was broken, so we got air in from a different room which was a smoking room. Rest all was super, also breakfast.'

'Clean Room, Nice front desk staff & Convenient location'

'Front desk went above and beyond to fix a maintainence issue in evening. Beds were clean and comfortable. “Accessible”room had tub, not walk in shower. Tub and toilet in separate room from sink, had no nightlight and no counter to put dry clothes on. Hotel is under new management so some confusion with Bistro order. Seemed to be short staffed.'
