A big plus for us was having two tvs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.'

'We liked the hotel overall but couple of things to note. The hotel entrance is very hard to find especially if coming in from I-90. There is a large sign on the building pointing left that makes it look like you should turn left to find the hotel/check-in. The map/Waze was confused as well. 'While the room was clean and king sized bed comfortable, the bathroom was very small and cramped, with no exhaust fan, which left it hot and humid. We missed the complimentary breakfast due to a misunderstanding about the cut-off time. We only needed basic accommodations for an overnight stay in Ellensburg, so it met those qualifications. It just felt tired, and a bit run down - like it had seen better days. For those seeking more upscale accommodations and amenities, look elsewhere.'

'The pool, the building, the breakfast seemed very good to me, when I arrived at the hotel the receptionist had no empathy and when working directly with the client she must show kindness and empathy which I did not find in her, however the receptionist the next day was super friendly and attentive that saved the opinion a lot, the cleaning of the bedroom was good the only thing that caused me the bed was 5 pimples on my legs it is nothing serious but I recommend a disinfection on the mattresses...

'I stayed in a downstairs unit with parking right out front—super convenient. The laminate flooring gave a nice hardwood look, though the bathtub was a bit dated. The air conditioning worked, a bit loud, but the room itself was very quiet. The location was fantastic—right by the mall with plenty of restaurants, including Panera. The Wi-Fi worked well. 'Booked 2 king rooms. Upon arrival we were appointed 1 king room and 1 queen room. Checking with the front desk gave us the answer that we booked 1 king and 1 queen room. The room was ok.Walking around in the hotel area we saw that a lot of the businesses were closed and the town looked like it has had is best time. Had diner and breakfast in hotel. Breakfast was great and the waiter was very good and gave good service.'

'Room was clean. The balcony was really nice with two comfortable chairs and a table. We spent a lot of time sitting out on it. Beds were comfortable and had three pillows each. The AC was cold and felt amazing after being out in the heat. Staff were friendly and very helpful!'
