'Heel fijn dat de hotelkamer een keukenblokje heeft. Alles functioneerde maar er zijn wel gebruikerssporen. Een aantal kleine reparaties en de kamer zou weer helemaal op orde zijn. En de keuken inventaris moet aangevuld worden. '

'Redelijk hotel voor een nachtje als je op doorreis bent. Koelkast was stuk. Geen airco bloedheet, er stond een ventilator. Avond weg geweest bij terugkomst ventilator weg?!!!! Dus iemand binnen geweest van schoonmaak. Kan ik niet echt waarderen. Ook kwam schoonmaakster zomaar binnen die naar iets opzoek was. Kortom een nachtje is genoeg.'

'This property was fantastic. Staff at this property were remarkable, nice, friendly and caring. The two employees Vanessa and Isabella were great and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend the place and if I go to Zurich again, for sure I will stay at this property. '

'Great location, modern and clean - like new. Comfy bed. Very compact and smaller than the photos show but it was fine for us. A 15 min walk to the main station and all sites in the old town plus the lake area nearby. '

'best for young travelers who don’t mind being on a slightly noisy street (the rooms also have VERY thin walls, so you hear your neighbors, but that didn’t bother me). incredibly clean and modern. the only thing was the shade in the bathroom didn’t close, so the toilette was viewable from the street, i just hung up a towel to cover it and it worked just fine. overall great stay. felt very safe as a solo female traveler. '

'decent aparthotel, not sure it's much better than regular hotel suites in the area due to lack of basic amenities like salt/pepper and regular dishwashing soap and shampoo (but brush and sponge are provided incidentally). One dishwasher pod is provided for your entire stay and the limited coffee pods for the proprietary machine are not replenished and cannot be purchased at any local store. Cleaner did come during stay to remove dishes from the dishwasher from the previous stay. May be they...

'Not being able to check in early was very inconvenient. Also, instructions for how and where to use the code to get the room key were lacking. However it was a good price for the time we were there and we didn’t sirens a lot of time in the room anyway. Only came and cleaned and gave new towels once in 9 days. '

'Property is close to the city center, walkable to the train station. Communication was easy and instructions prior arrival was clear. Check in was easy, rooms are very spacious with full kitchen. Price was affordable. Great stat for my family of 9. Highly recommended and we would love to stay here again in the future.'

"This is advertised as a "4 star premium hotel". We weren't expecting a 2 star experience with outdated rooms which lacked air conditioning, not even air circulation. The staff was friendly and happy to assist, but they couldn't resolve the issues. We were given a mini fan by the janitor. We asked for another room, it was full. The next day we got another room but there it was the same. After moving to yet another room with the same issue, we gave up. Funny thing is: when you enter the lobby, everything is cool and smells nice. Nothing compared to the rooms where the guests actually are staying. The showers in the various rooms all had limescale and were leaking, so it seems structural."
