'Me senti como en un vuelo de avianca...que segun yo pague primera clase y me dieron clase de turista...ni siquiera las 24 hrs....porque si ud quiere entrar a la habitacion tiene que esperar hasta las 4 pm, pero puede pagar mas para que le den la habitacion antes...y luego hacer check out a las 12 medio dia...donde desde las 10 am le estan diciendo vayase....que esperiencia tan fea..'

'The room was excellent and modern. Views from the balcony beautiful. Front desk staff was not welcoming except for Brittany, who was very helpful. Others wouldn't even look up at us or acknowledge us. The restaurant food and service was very good. Location is a bit far from any services, so have a car or expect to take taxis to anything.'

'Ideal location to stay with family or friends, close to two beaches, three pools and other services such as restaurants and butterfly garden. Property needs maintainance at some parts. Road to the resort is full of holes and needs to be repaired. Reception staff at check in was not friendly, on the other hand others were. A bit more interest in the guests would lead in to more returning guests.'
