'Prima locatie om een aantal dagen te verblijven. Hotel ligt prachtig aan de kust (straat oversteken en je bent op het strand). Accommodatie is ietwat gedateerd, maar dat zie er aan de kamers niet van af. Mocht je all inclusive willen (wat prima kan daar) wel van tevoren boeken en niet bij het inchecken. 'Mooi resort. Service had er iets meer boven op mogen zitten bij binnenkomst bij zo'n luxe resort. Koffers werden niet aangenomen wisten niet waar we naar toe moesten. Inchecken was zakelijk. Twee keer moeten vragen om een extra bed. Verdere service geweldig. '

'Room with great view over the ocean (just shame that a car park with a container was in the way). Service generally good, depending on which member of staff you got. WiFi is unreliable. Restaurant food generally delicious. Room could be better insulated, I heard the family next door through the connecting door. W’a so-called “Whatever Whenever” service is not really that - I couldn’t get help for even simple things like a stamp for a postcard.'

'A little oasis! Gorgeous garden with a pool. The staff is superkind! Special thank you to Nancy, Mario and Endy! The complimentary dinner is sometimes great, sometimes mediocre but breakfast is always terrific. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony. The beach is frequented by locals and tourists alike and a great place for surfing from beginners upward. The hotel's beach area is very nice with a small pool. Only minus is the costs of tours and activities. Tamarindo has something to offer...

'Mooi hotel in rustige prachtige omgeving. Strand heel mooi en zeer rustig. Geen opdringerige verkoopwrs. Hotel is verder prima met ontbijtbuffet. Zeer mooie grote kamers. Dorp moet nog wel groeien.'

'What a great hotel and helpful staff. The rooms are clean with a super little kitchen and fridge. Water and ice by the pool. And the best thing is it's location right on the glorious beach of Tamarindo. 10mins walk to all amenities.'

'The hotel is beautiful. It has the most beautiful views. The staff was very professional. Three of them , Franklin, Glen and Carlos very very professional and helpful. My only complaint is that by the time I did the reservation , the two restaurants were working , but when we get there the Pampas was closed so that’s not fear. In my opinion The hotel must inform us about this. .'

'Het Hotel ligt op een mooie plek aan het strand met veel groen. Goede ontvangst. Vriendelijk personeel en kleinschalig. Jammer dat het restaurant matig was en de badkamer sterk verouderd, waardoor het ook niet echt goed schoon te krijgen is(voegen en kapotte tegels) Een klamboe zou ook wel fijn zijn!'

'Super vriendelijke ontvangst met sapje en persoonlijke begeleiding naar de kamer. Het eten is erg goed en `s avonds komen rondom het zwembad de wasbeertjes water drinken en rondscharrelen. Rustig park, af en toe bruiloft op het strand. '

'I highly recommend Mono Luxe Villas for anyone looking for a place to stay in Tamarindo, I stayed one night with my wife and kid and found it very safe, super clean, a minute or two walk to the beach and Jose at the front desk was very accommodating.'
