'This was the most unpleasant day I've ever experienced overpriced, cafeteria, restaurants, closing at odd hours the hotel charging you ridiculous incident fees in cash and then becoming a very big problem to retrieve your cash up on checkout for $200 to have a room that the TV didn't work and a in room refrigerator that the light wouldn't stop flickering is pretty ridiculous'

'Room was clean and comfortable. Loved being right on the Lake. Super quiet and relaxing town. Fridge, coffee maker and microwave were nice to have available. Would stay again when in the area. Feels like "old Michigan"! Charming and quaint and not overrun with people.'

'Property and room were clean and appear well maintained but front desk staff spend extended amounts of time away from the front desk so you will have to call the number posted at the front desk and wait several minutes for an actual person to check you in and out. Also the so called free breakfast is a joke and poorly maintained. Expect to go out for breakfast if you want anything healthy or something to consume other than coffee.'

'It was a good value, the property was large and a good value. They have a strange rule that you can’t use the pool unless you book directly. There’s lot of mosquitoes and other wild life in the area. I did find it a little strange there was no front desk for check in but the locks to our room worked and we had no issues during our stay.'

'Honestly, I was here for the reasonable rate. My expectations were low. BUT- if I were near Grayling again, I would go out of my way to stay here. Spotlessly clean, plenty of towels, soft sheets, QUIET! Beautifully renovated but still feels like a vintage time capsule 1940s motor court.'

'Very nice condo! Very clean and cozy. Lots of space for our big family, we loved going around the dock looking for crawfish! We also enjoyed the hot tub at night with the mood lights, just bring bug spray! The mosquitoes liked it too ;) Nice soft beds and bedding made for a great night of sleep. Highly recommended.'

'It was quaint. It was also a little dated. It said it slept 4 people, and it does but it would make the place very crowded. If you are 2 couples, I would not recommend. As 1 couple would be sleeping in a futon and the bathroom is through the other bedroom.'
