'This is really a special place. The fact that the place was built as a palace (btw still being used by the Raj) speaks for itself uniqueness and quality. The services are outstanding and the personnel are really making you feel welcome and truly special. Food was amazing.'

'They give you a feeling that you a really welcome. Prices with different kind of taxes should good to told to foreign tourist. They don’ t know all kind of taxes. A desert is a desert when you feel and see the space. That is not really evry’ where. If you want this, ask for for a good walk by camel if you wanted to feel the desert. It is possible. The garden, all is wonderfull inside the resort.'

'Alles sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Lediglich das Speiseangebot war sehr indisch geprägt und bot kaum Auswahl an internationaler Küche.'

'Expensive restaurant and bar menu'

'It was fine.'

'The property is ok. The personnel was very helpful and kind. Yet it needs upgrades and is not what is advertised on the website. A 3 star property. Location is great though and the garden nice.'

'Amazing location in the center of town.'

'The hotel is nice and comfortable, and the staff is helpful and courteous; however, the pool needs maintenance and a good cleaning—it's a shame there's been this neglect.'

'The hotel staff were excellent they kept in contact prior to arrival and met the tuk - tuk at the end of the street to welcome us. They offered chai on arrival and were able to assist with money exchange. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfy with AC / Wi-fi, the roof terrace had a great view of the fort. Breakfast was simple and just what was needed before a sightseeing day. Would recommend if anyone is visiting Jodhpur.'

'Clean room, Great Food and Great service'

'Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room....

'Jammer dat de kamers, beschreven op hotels.com, niet zo zijn als dat het in het hotel is.De kamers heten anders op hotels.com, in het hotel bestond de door ons gereserveerde kamer, zoals geboekt bij hotels.com, niet.Dit is niet de eerste keer dat ons dit is overkomen. De site van hotels.com is niet goed en erg onduidelijk. Fijn verblijf gehad in het hotel. Aardige personeel. Alles was verder netjes en ruim. Badkamer met badkuip/douche en zelfs warm water. Ruime slaapkamer, waar we 2 extra bedden...
