'Those with common-sense will know that such high ratings are pure fiction. This is only recently a "Best Western" and in brand name only, so don't be misled. It is an absolute dump. The room was swarming with cockroaches, there were holes all around the window, bringing in further migrating cockroaches from outside and the neighbouring room, as there was a partition door (I had to stuff tissue all around the seams). Further to the latter, the entire corridor of blue collar workers who were...

'OK breakfast buffet. It seems like every time I ordered something they had "Just run Out" Had alot of electronic key card trouble. (No I didn't store it next to my cell phone)'

'The staff and the service is amazing! We arrived far too early but we got a free breakfast and the room was prepared within 20 minutes. The breakfast buffet is excellent! '

'I spent one night in this hotel. Staff was very helpful. Jayapura is connected to the airport in Sentani by bus. I took the bus at Sentani Aiport and dropped me directly at the hotel door, very convenient. The bus station to go back to Sentani aiport is a block away from the hotel. The time schedule for buses is: - 04:30 am. - 05:30 am - 07:00 am. - 08:00 am - 09:00 am. - 11:00 am. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and having the opportunity to have a beer in the bar.'

'Beautiful place to visit'

'Ok and convenient to airport'

'Vies hotel, schone lakens, vieze handdoeken, vieze vloerbedekking , koelkast, airconditioning slecht, lift slecht '

'The room is clean, not spacious but oke. No window is terrible. Bathroom is small, dark and somewhat dirty. Free wifi is helpful for business trip.'
