« We could not sleep. The hotel is all on the ground floor. Our room was close to the ice machine which proved to be a disaster as there was a lot of noise both late at night (till past midnight) and very early in the morning (from 4:30). Also the AC was very Noisy.Breakfast was good and the wimming pool pleasant. »

« This was bug bed inn. I took a shower and left! If you want cheap—that’s cool. The elevator was out and stains on everything-wood peeling. That looked like water damage. Just poorly taken care of »

« The room was clean, air didn't work so had to buy a fan, pillows were flat so had to buy pillows. No coffee or donuts for breakfast. Okay for the price. Oh, pool was empty and green. »

« We truly enjoyed our stay! We came out for a fishing trip to celebrate our Birthdays together… The place was clean, had everything we needed and Becky was very friendly and helpful! We even got to rent a canoe for the day and hit the water! We will definitely stay here again!! »

« I really liked the communication throughout the whole process. My wife normally books everything, so this was my first booking and stay. I planned a fishing trip with the guys bringing a boat along. So parking was also critical. Plenty of parking if that's a concern. I couldn't get over how easy the whole process was. I have know doubt it also was the host made it so. Really everything was beyond expectations. »

« was not clean back porch was dirty and house is in need of repairs. Shower leaks flooring popping up sheets needed changing sofa bed filthy. back porch was dirty in need of pressure washing. Not enough outdoor lighting. House did not live up to VRBO listing. I thought we were getting a better house than last year and was very disappointed. Paid more thinking I was getting a better place. »

« This is an excellent property. The owners have provided everything you need to have a great stay. We loved the location on hole 3 of Rayburn Resort golf course. Beautiful VRBO, very comfortable, loved the 3 bathrooms & coffee area. »
