« Stayed 2 nights for business, following previous stay in May 2026 which I had very good impression. Clean and quiet room. Easy access to/from Interstate I-10. Various restaurants and Walmart are located within walking distance. Breakfast is good, Waffle makers are also available. Staff team are helpful and friendly. »

« Hotel vieux qui n en peux plus ...en mauvais état....chaises cassees au bord de la piscine..cafard dans la chambre.....moquette douteuse...pas de seche cheveux...hotel délabré .....jeune femme a l accueil faisant tout ce qu elle peut pour etre agreable malheureusement tout est en ruine ! Salle du petit dejeuner minuscule choix restreint.. passez votre chemin »

« This was an amazing place from start to finish! Walking in, we fell in love. This is an amazing place that makes you feel at home. Whether you are staying overnight or for a week...you will feel enveloped in coziness. The sign above the AC thermostat is adorable! You have a WIFI sign in immediately. Everything is laid out beautifully. We really enjoyed the cute sitting room off of the back bedroom. You can use the desk to set up your laptop and a makeshift vanity area, and watch TV with the door...

« This place was cozy and relaxing. The property is beautiful and feeding the goats was a huge plus for me. Three Rivers State park is literally two minutes away and it’s a wonderful place to spend the day hiking and exploring. The people of Sneads and the surrounding area are sweet and kind. I recommend booking this spot if you want to unplug from the world for a bit. »

« The pool was great! And the hospitality from the RV manager was great. Placemats on the table were all dirty and stained. The stitch in the RV was hard, but eventually you got somewhat used to it. »
