'The hotel was not open and left us without a room for the night. Then kept prompting us to review the hotel. Was supposed to get a night credit for the stay through another hotel, but it didn't happen '

'Not what we were expecting. The house had a very musty smell and the bathroom had an even worse mildew smell. We had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times because of the smell. 'Better management of the property is needed. Check out instructions said to put dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. No dishwashing detergent. No laundry detergent. There were only two towels that were folded, and one looked like it had been used. We had to buy towels to use. There was a faint smell of skunk. Previously reported No bedding for sofa bed. Luckily we bought our own. House was clean and convenient for walking to square and alumni events '
