'전체적으로 만족하였습니다! 2층 침대가 있는 방인데 좋았어요! 다만, 가족여행을 하면 트렁크가 여러개인데, 펼쳐 놓고 있을 공간이 조금 부족하고, 방에 제공되는 슬리퍼가 없어서 방 내부에서 이동이 불편했습니다. 이용하신다면 슬리퍼를 챙겨가세요! 택시를 이용한다면 호텔앞에는 주차가 힘듭니다! 다른 곳에 주차해야 해서 이부분은 불편해요!'

'Overall, the property is excellent in all areas- location, cleanliness, comfort and safety. However they are inflexible with the check in time, so if you happen to arrive early you need to wait until 4 pm to check in. The luggage store if you need it is an open area behind the building where they also keep the garbage. Japan is a safe country, but still… Five stars if they allowed check in early if the room is ready and if they provided a secure luggage store. '

'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing! But here are con's: - place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples. - I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price. By the way, the staff is great, helpfull and super kind ! Arigato :)'

'3명이 숙박하였는데 공간 충분하고 베란다도 있어서 빨래하기도 좋습니다. 난바역에서 조금 떨어져있지만 오히려 조용해서 좋습니다. 셀프체크인 시스템이지만 순서대로 하면 어렵지 않습니다. 오사카에 다시 오게 된다면 또 머무르고 싶은 곳입니다.'

'Excellent apartment for an adult family of 5. Very spacious for Japan. Mats on floor were comfortable and used couch as another bed. Doubles in a separate room were very comfortable. Double sink bathroom with separate shower/tub and toilet was very convenient for all of us. Great new space. '
