'OH MY!! first thing the smell of weed and just broke down all the way around! Walk in the room and boom not 1 but 2 big bugs crawling around the carpet, next to all the cigarettes ashes and the bed that looked so sloppy, like someone jumped on it then just threw the blanket on the bed. I walked in took pictures and walked out. I was denied a refund by the trap house keeper and indeed!!'

'To much chlorine. As well like come on y'all let's be more culturally accepting. Please don't think this is a luxury stay prepare to have breakfast at a local restaurant and well maybe some customer service or ethics trainings might be helpful. Will not be staying again.'

'The room was small. Not sure what they were thinking putting TWO beds in that room, because it would still be a small room with one bed in it! The mattresses were not comfortable at all, the reason we got a different hotel and stayed an extra night is because me, and non of my fellow travelers got any sleep....'

'The room was stinky the sofa needs to be thrown in the trash. Floors needed to be shampood. The said that they had full breakfast and it not it was a sorry continental. Will never stay there again'

'The only thing that really bothered me was that there were strands of hair everywhere! I want to be clear that the room was very clean, but I’d maybe bring a lint roller just in case…they did have a little hand-vacuum in the suite, so that helped as well. Other than that, we really did enjoy ourselves…great amenities, amazing view, polite & helpful staff!! Would return no doubt '
