'The property was close to the beach and easily accessible'

'This was our first time staying here and it was a good choice since we needed 2 bedrooms with a common living/dining area. Check in was ok but no one told us how to get into the parking garage across the street. So we try to get in the garage in the dark and couldn't access it. Had to call the hotel front desk from the gate with cars backed up behind us and ask how to get in and was told we needed to use our room card to tap a sensor on the gate. Would have saved us a lot of headache to have...

'Amazing location and beautiful room'

'Vieze geur in het appartement was penetrant en erg storend.'

'Traveling for business but had time to use beach and pool. It was beautiful'

'Clean'

'First off I reserved and paid for my room thru expidia, when I arrived they said my room wasn't available, but they would upgrade me for the same price. They asked for my card to put a hold for incidentals. An hour later I looked at my register online and the hotel charged me for the upgraded room, so now I have paid twice. 'Room was pretty shabby for the price. Staff were awesome. Location and view were great. Examples of room were torn carpet, stains, what looked to be mold…'

We were told it would be the next day, but it still was not resolved. They have yet to reach back out, so I have gotten the third party vendor involved to help with the reimbursement.'

'Hotel and rooms are very dated. We had a family suite, furniture is very damaged, dirty and chairs wobble from old age. This simply needs to be renovated. Very unfortunate- nice location. 3 years ago - then a beautiful room. Management acknowledges complaints - does nothing about it. They will renovate next fall. They milk it out until they can. I say- look further'

'Location is great! Parking is a challenge! Beds very comfortable! Need more towel racks! Woman at the desk was not friendly!'

'The price definitely reflects the quality. I have always been one that could sleep anywhere I lay my head, but the beds are horrific. I honestly don't think it is more than a piece of cloth over springs. My perception was verified when I saw a mattress on the balcony of a room. It was yellow and so very thin. The comforter had cigarette holes. The bathtub coating was peeling, and the molding around the door in the bathroom had been demolished, I assume, by a dog trying to escape. The...
