Kies je hotel in Hickory County

'Very cute, clean and quaint place to stay. The decor in the halls is so cute. It's like a mini museum. Coffee being available earlier ( ready by 7am currently) and having cream and suger would be great! We had to leave to go get coffee. And maybe some seating outside you can sit and enjoy a smoke or just sit outside and enjoy. Other than that it was great!'

'The room was not as clean as we expected, but the bedding was excellent. It smelled great and was very clean. We had a hard time finding the place with the directions we were given. But they communicated with us well to help find it. Overall we loved it even though our cabin had no running water. The shower, toilet, and sink was across from our site. But we had a great stay and loved the hottub.'

'Bathroom was inconvenient and filthy along with shower room'

'The actual accommodation was OK. It wasn’t clear to me in advance that the cabin was part of a campground, and they shared shower left much to be desired.'

'Great communication and value!'

'The only problem we had was finding the place at night. Dark signage. Looks like you are going to someone elses house. Otherwise, the place was great!!'

'Exactly what we needed for a nice property to stay close to a wedding venue. The porch was lovely in the morning, everything was very clean and well stocked, and easy check in process. Would recommend a mattress upgrade sometime soon, but that is the only comment.Thank you for the great rental!'

'Great place to stay'

'The cabin is cute and well set up. Convenient parking in front. Beds are okay, they are old spring mattresses, but not too terrible. The worst part is the water!! STINKS like Sulphur. If you have any sort of bleach in your hair I DO NOT RECOMMEND showering in this bathroom. I tried to message the owners about it, but never heard back. Luckily I have a friend that lives just up the road and I used her bathroom.'

'We had a great time and the cabin was wonderful as were the host. The only down side that I would recommend is having internet installed. With no service it was slightly inconvenient to not have any Wi-Fi to supplement'

'The host canceled our reservation under false pretenses, claiming there was a minimum age restriction and that we did not meet it. However, this claim is unfounded, as my husband is 43 years old and I am 39. I made the reservation well in advance through Vrbo and received multiple confirmation emails from both the host and Vrbo specifying the details of our stay. We had previously stayed at the same location two years ago for our anniversary and planned to celebrate our third anniversary there...

'Cabin was immaculate and right near the state park. Listing was very accurate and the host was polite and responsive. Road leading to the cabin is a little rough, but it didn’t impact the stay. Mexican restaurant nearby was also nice and very convenient.'

'Clean and close Lucas oil speedway.'

'I had a wonderful stay at this cabin. Everything was exactly as described, and the space was spotless when we arrived. The host communicated clearly throughout the process, and their instructions made check-in and navigating the property incredibly easy. My boys absolutely loved the bunk bed room. It added so much fun to the trip and made the cabin feel extra special for them. The whole place was cozy, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The only small thing to be aware of is that the...

'We liked how quiet and secluded it was. It had everything we needed for our stay to be great for our needs.'

'Very clean! Quiet and relaxing country setting. Neighbors very friendly as well! Would definitely stay again!'
