« The hotel is very noisy Inside and out. You can hear the traffic, but also the elevator and the neighbors. No accessories in the bathroom: no cream, no cotton, etc. No usb c No bathrobe or slippers for the pool. Too bad for the price »

« I booked this stay based on the high reviews, however my experience was filled with disappointment, My first issue is that the beds are rock hard. I asked if there was anything to do to get a soft bed and I was given the option for an extra comforter which did help a bit. I did have to retrieve it myself because as I was reminded over and over again by the staff, they only have 1 person on duty at a time. The room and bathroom were clean. « We tayed in a very small room with two queen beds, everything costs, even coffee downstairs in the morning, valet parking is $30 and they expect tips... great location, beautiful hotel, but not enough to make me stay here again »

« The location was fine. You have to pay $21 to park in the lot, so when the listing tells you parking is included, that’s not accurate. Also, if you are booking a “river view” room, make sure you are above the second floor or your view will be of the air conditioning units like mine was. It was a nice comfortable room, which was nice. The view and the parking are not great though. »
