« Great hotel! Having a washer and dryer was super helpful as we were staying there as a basketball team and I was in charge of washing and drying uniforms. Having more than one washer and dryer for the entire hotel would have been beneficial as there were also baseball teams there who also were needing to wash uniforms. »

« The kitchen was empty, not even a coffee pot. Towels were flimsy. Hot water system wasn’t working for a day and a half out of a 3 night stay. Hallways smelled like dog urine. »

« Overall, this was a really nice place. It was an older place that they remodeled so there’s still some older stuff. It looks like they’re fixing, but really nice and the person at the desk was very nice. The lady who cleaned the room was amazing overall would stay again. »

« Staff was very good in every respect. But... The breakfast food is pretty bad. My room walls were badly cracked (from building setlling?) but not repaired. Toilet had a leak and ran every ten minutes or so, all night. Stains on the rooms sofa. »

« Second time at this hotel and it didn’t seem as spacious as the first time. The ice maker wasn’t working and the TV service/internet could be sped up. Overall, it was a good stay with lots of room in the suite. Beds were comfy and it seemed like the hotel did a nice job of cleaning. Small pool, but the workout room had a lot of options with enough space to fit 8 to 10 adults. « Our room was lovely. However, it looked out over the roof and mechanicals. That was an unpleasant surprise.. but I guess, someone has to get a room like that??? We had no bath towels in our room and did not realize it until I was in the shower. There was also no conditioner in the dispenser. Beds were oddly lumpy and the sheet did not smell like they'd been sanitized. Smelled like they been minimally washed with a million other sheets and still smelled like musty body smell. « We had an issue with our room that required we switch rooms in the middle of the night. I was told a manager would speak to me in the morning and “make it right”. I stopped by at check out and the manager didn’t even come out from the office but instead told the clerk to tell me they would call me. That was 8 days ago and I have still not received a call.
