« We had multiple issues with our keys. One day they worked the next they didn't. The AC never worked. We asked a few times to have it looked at and nothing The bar and kitchen were closed for 4 days which did not make very good business sense as it was probably the busiest week of the year. The first night I asked how noisy the highway right outside our window was and the person at the front desk did not know Overall it was a disappointment »

« The property now charges utility fees that are not mentioned in the booking process. The room had a few moths in it. The hallways hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Kids pulling fire alarm early in the morning. But beds and towels were clean at least. »

« stayed for four nights and did not get any cleaning services or new towels. The papers they put on the counter say for longer stays they will go in for housekeeping on the third night but nothing was done. smelled like cigarettes every floor even though there are signs that smoking is not allowed. »
